BUILD is our very own strength class that follows a progressive programme aimed to build muscle, and strength as well as improve confidence.
Every session has a focus, either, upper, lower or full body, we cover movements such as weighted squats, overhead pressing, deadlifts and bench presses, with a variety of accompanying accessory movements to amplify your progress.

Everyone! At BUILT we understand the importance of resistance training for overall health, wellness and longevity, as it benefits everyone, whatever your age, gender or experience level.

COMPLETE is the ultimate package of fitness & resistance, jam-packed with variety, think dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, ergs, odd objects and much more! Whether you
are working individually, in pairs or in teams,
we know you will have a whole lot of fun.

who is complete for?

We welcome everyone to COMPLETE class, however, we find some individuals benefit from building a base of fitness with our SWEAT class & an introduction to some movements before joining in.
